Concerts
The Great Hall is available for concerts on a Friday evening and Saturday either during the day or evening from September to March. The charge is for a six hour period of hire, with additional ‘set up/clearing up’ charged at an hourly rate. Please contact us to check availability and prices.
Ingestre Hall holds a public entertainment licence and a licence to sell or supply alcohol on the premises. Please note that any bar must be supervised by a Personal Licence Holder whilst alcoholic drinks are being served whether sold or supplied on a complimentary basis.
The oak flooring and panelling in the hall make this an excellent place for a concert and help to give a warm but clear acoustic. We have a public entertainment licence and the maximum occupancy for a concert, including all performers, is 150.
Concerts cont.
Use of our Steinway grand piano can be arranged for an additional charge, and this will be tuned prior to your event. In addition to the Great Hall, the Red Room and Yellow Drawing Room are available for your use as 'green room' facilities and in which to serve refreshments.
Tables and chairs for your function are supplied free of charge and set up to your individual requirements.
Dinners
Ingestre Hall is also available for hire as a venue for your dinner dance or evening function from September to March, either during the day or evening on a Saturday and selected days during school holiday periods. The charge is for a six hour period of hire, with additional ‘set up/clearing up’ charged at an hourly rate. Please contact us to check availability and prices.
Charges include the use of the Great Hall, Yellow Drawing Room, Red Room, Bar Area, Cloakroom facilities, Car Parking and the provision of a Duty Manager.
Tables and chairs for your function are supplied free of charge and set up to your individual requirements.

The Steinway Grand Piano is available if required and a price can be supplied upon request.

The maximum number of guests for a sit-down meal in the Great Hall is 100, and the maximum occupancy for a less formal event, including all performers and caterers, is 150.
Full Day Bookings Ingestre Hall or its grounds can also be booked for garden parties, car rallies, craft fairs and other such events for a full day. The hall is also available to musicians and artists as a venue for a full day rehearsal. We would be pleased to arrange a time to discuss your particular needs .

We will show you around and discuss how we can meet your particular needs. Because we are an educational establishment we ask that you telephone in advance to book a time to view the Hall.
Notes
Due to the special nature of Ingestre Hall, there is a strict no smoking policy in the building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
For evening functions, the bar must close at 11.30pm and Ingestre Hall must be vacated by 12 midnight.
Maximum occupancy for a concert is 150 and maximum occupancy for a sit down meal is 100.
