The Talbot Suite
Our Talbot Suite, a totally self contained venue for smaller conferences, meetings or staff training days, an ideal venue to work away from the distractions of the workplace. The main meeting room provides a wonderful view over the South Front and the Round Lawn. The suite can hold up to 30 delegates and can be arranged to suit your needs. Furniture can be provided in a boardroom, classroom, theatre or u-shaped style if you prefer. The Talbot Suite has a separate room to serve lunch and refreshments for your delegates and we can provide catering if you wish. The Talbot suite also has its own washroom and toilet facilities, telephone and internet access if required.
The Talbot Suite is in a self-contained area of the hall designed to be used for meetings during our school term, when other parts of the hall are not available for conference hire. We can provide a large screen, OHP, multimedia projector, laptop pc with Powerpoint, television, video, DVD player, whiteboard and flipchart if booked in advance and supplied free of charge.
Please note that the Talbot Suite is not on the ground floor, there are a number of flights of stairs to reach the facilities and due to the unique nature of the building there is no lift.
Day Conferences
We can offer the Great Hall, Yellow Room and Red Room as a conference venue for large scale conferences, subject to availability. We can cater for a maximum of 150 delegates. Price on application.
Catering
We can provide catering for your conference in the Talbot Suite to include refreshments on arrival and throughout the day. Our experienced catering staff can offer a choice of three luncheon fork buffets, and biscuits or homemade cake can be supplied for breaks at an additional cost per head.
